These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and te333 ("Platform", "we", "us") concerning your access to and use of the te333 online gaming platform at te333.vip. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be bound by the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required by law or where continuing the promotion in its original form would cause harm to other players or the platform.

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on te333. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, access game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game environment.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through te333's internal process, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by te333.
